Our room had everything we needed, with all the modern stuff. the location was great, with the Tourism Office just a nice stroll away from here. 🌟

It was clean with super-friendly and accommodating staff. The location was central, close to the center of Santiago, and there were a cathedral and a museum walk from the venue.

loved its good and magnificent location in photo-worthy pedestrian streets. my room was spotless and unique and had a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card. i stayed here for 1 day and would definitely come back here.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with a beautiful Roman Catholic cathedral in the vicinity, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, addressing all inquiries with a positive attitude.

The location is amazing, right next to the cathedral in the heart of the historic district with just a minute's walk to the cathedral.

This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The rooms were perfectly clean and beautifully furnished in a chic way. The staff was wonderful.

The only criticism I have of this hotel is that the wifi was a pain to use. I had to re-enter the log in info every time my iPad powered down or went into sleep mode. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic!
